Steve started his Real Estate career in real estate in 1997, and four years later was the owner/broker of his own company, known as Old Dominion Properties. Had it not been for that little glitch, known as triple bypass, who knows where they would be today. Steve is with Weichert Realtors in Ashburn, and is also one of the instructors for the company teaching Principles classes. That’s the course you need to take to qualify you for the state exam. Steve has listed and sold condos, townhouses, single family homes, and even commerical properties in all of Northern Virginia, and as far south as Fredericksburg, and west of Winchester. A few of Steve’s hobbies include woodworking, fishing, and martial arts, even at his age…Steve would welcome the opportunity to sit and discuss any and all of your real estate needs, and put you in the home of your choice.
